Problem with connectivity provider in Dublin

Friday, June 22nd, 2007

11:15 GMT/12:15 IST: One of our connectivity providers is currently experiencing hardware problems. Data traffic is currently being routed via our other providers, but customers on our shared and dedicated server clusters in our Dublin datacenter may experience a slow connection at present.

We are working with our provider to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

15:30 GMT/16:30 IST: We have made improvements to increase network speed. The servers have not experienced any downtime, however customers may still experience slow browsing as one of our providers is still working to restore connectivity.

19:30 GMT/20:30 IST: Our network connection is now back operating at full speed with access to all our connectivity providers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
