Problem with shared hosting servers
Sunday, March 2nd, 200821:11 We are aware of problems affecting two of our shared hosting servers at our Dublin datacenter. We are urgently investigating.
21:15 The two servers affected are supertuxy and megalinux. All other customers are unaffected.
21:27 We have found that a Remote Reboot Switch connected to both servers has failed. We are now working to replace the switch and get both servers back online.
21:39 This issue has now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
