We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but it is necessary as we expand our network.

Maintenance Window : 30/06/2010 from 23:30 to 00:00.

If you have any questions about this please let us know.

‘Supertuxy’ server affected by DDoS

Tuesday, June 29th, 2010

29/06/2010 Tuesday
11:00
The ‘supertuxy’ server is currently receiving an inbound DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack which can affect network speed and latency, which means some sites may load slower than normal or time out.

11:05 We have blacklisted all the offending IP addresses and we will continue to monitor the network to ensure that we are blocking them all.

11:20 This issue is now resolved.

Scheduled Maintenance – US Datacenter: Updating Routing Policies (June 24th 11pm-1am)

Monday, June 21st, 2010

Maintenance Notice – Chicago, USA Datacenter
Our Chicago datacenter will be updating their network routing policies in order to streamline routing policies and ensure the best connectivity. This will effect all services from our Chicago datacenter, including ns3 (our 3rd nameserver).

Maintenance Window : June 24th 2010 from 11:00pm to 01:00am.

There is a two hour maintenance window but we expect the impact on server connectivity to be absolutely minimal consisting of only a few very brief interruptions while network traffic is re-routed across our different connectivity providers.

If you have any questions or concerns about this scheduled maintenance please contact us.

Scheduled Maintenance on Eagle Server (Sunday 20 June 3-4am)

Thursday, June 17th, 2010

Maintenance Notice – Chicago, US Datacenter
The ‘eagle’ and ‘ns3′ (our 3rd nameserver) servers will be offline for up to one hour.

Maintenance Window : Saturday 19 Sunday 20 June 2010 from 03:00 to 04:00 local time

Time Zones:  1-2am PDT / 3-4am CST / 4-5am EST / 9-10am UTC

We apologise for any inconvenience. We will do our utmost to keep downtime to a minimum.

If you have any questions about this please let us know.

Update: Please note this maintenance window has been postponed from Saturday 19th June to Sunday 20th June (3-4am local time).
