10:40 We are aware of a technical problem in our London datacenter that is currently affecting customers on our shared hosting and virtual servers. We are awaiting more information from datacenter engineers.

10:50 We have been advised that a power board has failed in the datacentre. Engineers are working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Many of our servers are still online but unfortunately our storage servers are offline.

11:10 We have been advised that the problem is now resolved and servers are gradually being powered up.

11:25 This is still on-going. Our technicians will be going through each server as they come online to check for any problems.

11:50 All servers are now back online, with the exception of the cpanel51 server (please follow this thread for information).
