Our Chicago datacenter will be upgraded the software on their network switches. This will affect all services from our Chicago datacenter, including ns3 (our 3rd nameserver).

We will be rolling out updates to our email servers located in Ireland.

Maintenance Window : Thursday 30 September from 00:01 to 04:00 local time

Time Zones:  0-4am local (IST)

Reason: We will be installing new software and making customizations to all email servers located in Ireland. This will improve mail server performance and speed. We will also update our spam/virus filtering rules and real-time blocking lists to prevent mailicious emails from reaching your inbox.

The email service may be slower than usual or unavailable for short periods during the maintenance window. Incoming mail delivery may be delayed. Other services such as FTP, HTTP and MySQL will be unaffected. We apologise for any inconvenience. We will do our utmost to keep downtime to a minimum.

American customers – Our US-based email servers are not included in this scheduled maintenance. There will be a separate maintenance window announced for these email servers.
